"My mom and I went to go buy caramel ice-cream at the Mimosa Mall Steers. The quality of the ice-cream was absolutely lovely. Great job to the people who made the caramel, as well as the ice-cream itself. The only concern I have, is how the staff treats one another. The one lady who served me the ice-cream was a bit impolite to the other staff member. If you're having a bad day, it's always best not to let that affect you at work. Other than that, the service was good."

"I used my R50 voucher I received from ABSA to pay for my meal using the Steers App and collecting at this branch. The app kept on refreshing on to confirm the order placement. I went to staff for help and even showed them my order and the total of R2.70. (Update) Management/customer service reached out to me and did everything to ensure that their customers are happy. I am very impressed with the way they handled this situation and will continue to support Steers Bloemfontein in the future because of this."

"I rated 4 stars for the lovely meal they are selling but the customer service was not on point my boyfriend ordered a fanta Orange and they gave him Grape instead without checking with him first when he went to change it they said there's no fanta Orange they were supposed to ask him first because he wanted something else if the one he wants was not there and also the person who was offering the service was not so customer friendly."
